Hello! We live in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in Troutdale, OR. We are 24 and 25 yr old females and are looking for another female roomie. Our place has a small backyard and deck, kitchen and living room downstairs, and the three bedrooms and washer & dryer upstairs. The master bedroom is for rent and it includes its own bathroom, walk in closet, balcony and 6 drawer dresser with large mirror. Other than the dresser, the room is not furnished. We are looking for a female ( only one person renting the room out ) and no pets please. We also don't mind smokers as long as it's not done inside the house. We are looking for someone responsible and respectful who will clean up after themselves and pay rent on time.
The room is $500.00 per month on a month to month basis and this includes utilities (gas, water, electricity and garbage).
We live less than 2 blocks from the Columbia River HWY which is downtown Troutdale. We are also 5 min away from Mt. Hood Community College and 2 min away from the freeway. It is a great location in the Summer because the Sandy River is just down the street.
